Where is the Merino Wool from?
The Merino Wool used in our super soft scarves is sourced solely from our property – Glenwood – Wellington, Central West NSW, Australia. Get in touch and we’re happy to post you a sample of the raw fleece anywhere in Australia.

Is the scarf/Pashmina the right size for me?
The scarf is a generous 45cm x 200cm, and the Pashmina 60cm x 230cm, they really are one size fits all and should loop around your neck well. See model pictures for proportions.

Can I get a colour I can’t see online?
We work with small limited edition collections; and yes we can make one off scarf or Pashmina for you. These are under the "Bespoke" - and you can choose your own colour and design there is an added cost for this, and of course as it will take a little more time to ship to you. If you are having any difficulties just give us a call and we can explain the process easily.

What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we can’t exchange for a change of mind but if the scarf is a gift for someone the gift voucher option is a great idea.

Is it safe to pay with credit card on your site?
Yes, lovemerino.com.au uses a secure payment gateway and does not hold your credit card details. 

What payment methods does LoveMerino accept?
LoveMerino accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa credit cards for payment and After Pay.

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, we can help you place an order over the phone, get in touch and one of our friendly customer service team will give you a call as soon as possible.   

Where can I see the scarves in the flesh?
Contact us for our stockist list or follow us on social media to see us at a seasonal market.

Can I get gift wrapping?
Yes, all items come gift boxed in our beautiful LoveMerino black box. If you select gift wrapping at the checkout, we’ll add a ribbon and card at no extra charge. 

My order is an urgent gift – can I get it faster?
We’ll do our best, please get in touch before placing your order so we can let you know the quickest method. If timing is tight we recommend a gift voucher.
