Purchasing - By placing an order on this website you are making an offer to purchase product at the price stated on the site. Your offer to purchase is accepted when your credit card is charged and an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated email account confirming this. All items offered on our website are subject to availability.
Privacy – Your privacy is important to us. LoveMerino is committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information and does not disclose your details on to any third parties. Web payments are made through a secure payment gateway and credit card details are not stored by LoveMerino.

Photographic Representation - Colours displayed on a computer screen or phone screen vary and may not represent the exact colours. LoveMerino makes every effort to ensure that all of our products look as close to the photographic representations displayed on our website. As many of our products are handmade we consider subtle variations in colour and size to be normal and part of what makes our product unique. Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information provided on this website.
Payment - When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST.
This website has a secure payment gateway. Credit card payments can be made by American Express, Mastercard or Visa only. LoveMerino does not store credit card details after the transaction has been completed.
LoveMerino reserves the right to cancel your order prior to payment being processed. You are not permitted to re-sell LoveMerino products.
Refunds - You may return a full priced product that you have purchased if the product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown. You must contact LoveMerino prior to the return of such items to register your return and reason for return. LoveMerino can be contacted at info@lovemerino.com.au Your original order number should be referenced with any returns.
Exchange – We want you to love your LoveMerino scarf as much as we do. We are happy to exchange your purchase or give you a refund on full priced items only. All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and the gift box must be undamaged. Your return must be received by us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping must be via registered post or trackable courier at your cost. Returned items that are not in 100% new condition will be returned to the customer and no exchange or credit will be given. To exchange an item please include a PREPAID SELF ADDRESSED 500g POST SATCHEL.
